As a mom of 3 rambunctious boys, I was always struggling to find time to cook a good healthy family meal while usually having a kid in on my hip or throwing a fit on the floor. Well I have finally mastered a way to serve a fabulous meal withy little effort and few ingredients. My recipes are simple and delicious, using no more than six ingredients and under six minutes of prep time.

Karen Nochimowski is the creator of the popular food blog Momma Chef and writes a monthly food column for the Daily Herald. She has appeared on LIVE with Kelly and Ryan and WGN Radio. She lives in Chicago, Illinois.
