This book is not just another inspirational read that I decided to create, publish and share. The content was not recently developed. These lessons flourished from within the ruins, from moments of loneliness, fear, and the thought of not having a tomorrow.
What I have learned in my personal journey towards regaining mindfulness is, that my defeats have not defined my battles, but my scars do testify my victories. This has been a voyage of over four years in the making, of gathering quotes that spoke to my heart and writing pieces of things that came to my mind and that I knew someday would serve as inspiration for others.
My goal is to bring awareness about wellness and to help people overcome emotional challenges. I believe that timing is everything and this is the moment for others to find inspiration and regain the power to reset and reboot their minds.
